01. 목표설정
고객사와 협의를 통하여 최종 목표와 역할과 업무 범위를 확정합니다. 이 때 만들고자 제품 혹은 서비스의 기능들은 모두 확정되어야 합니다.
기능정의 외에 고객사는 UI 기획서를 ㈜디코시스트에 의뢰할 수 있으나 추가적인 비용과 일정이 발생하게 됩니다. 참고로 고객사가 이미 UI 기획서를
가지고 있고 전달해 준다면 추가 비용이나 일정로스 없이 업무가 좀 더 수월하고 빠르게 진행이 됩니다.
최종 목표와 업무 범위가 확정되면 계약서 직인 후 프로젝트가 시작됩니다.
02. 디자인 컨셉 제안
계약후 보통 2주일 후에 1차 디자인 컨셉 프리젠테이션이 진행됩니다.
㈜디코시스트는 서비스 분석 / 경쟁사 분석 / 리서치를 통하여 1차 디자인 제안을 진행하며, 대부분 고객사의 만족도는 상당히 높다고 자부하고 있습니다.
03. 디자인 고도화
1차 제안 후 고객사의 피드백을 통하여 수정을 진행합니다. 디자인의 컨셉을 흔드는 무리한 요구가 아니라면 폭넓게 수용하는 편이며
고객사의 목표와 ㈜디코시스트의 목표를 좀 더 동기화 하는 작업이 진행됩니다. 수정 사항은 협의 후 서면으로 정리되며 2회에 한하여 진행이 됩니다.
04. 대표화면 디자인 디자인 컨셉이 확정되면 UI기획서에 따라 상세화면, 팝업, 메세지창등의 대표적인 화면들을 디자인하여 제출, 수정하게 됩니다.
05. 디자인 가이드
디자인이 모두 완성 된 후 ,개발자와 협의하여,이미지를 자르고 좌표 및 사이즈를 문서로 표기한 후 제출합니다.
가이드를 제출하거나 고객사가 원할 경우 제플린으로 공유가 가능하며, PSD원본의 제출을 요청할 경우에는 추가비용이 발생하오니 참고를 부탁드립니다.
06. 유지보수
고객사가 원할 경우 3개월의 유지보수 계약이 진행됩니다. 최종목표와 업무범위를 벗어나지 않는 한도내에서 개발자의 요청에 따라 유지보수가 이루어지며
요청사항은 가급적 열린 마음으로 폭넓게 수용하는 편이나, 업무범위 이외의 기능이 추가/변경될 경우에는 추가비용이 발생할 수 있습니다.
그 외, 고객사가 원할 경우 퍼블리싱, 개발, 홍보등 마케팅 자료 (브로셔나 동영상) 등의 추가 프로젝트를 협의/진행 할 수 있습니다.
01. Goal Setting : Through consultation with the client, the final goals, roles, and scope of work are determined. At this stage, all desired functions of the product or service should be finalized. In addition to function definition, the client can request a UI planning document from DICOSIST INC., but additional costs and timelines may be incurred. It should be noted that if the client already has a UI planning document and provides it, the workflow can proceed more smoothly and quickly without additional costs or schedule delays. Once the final goals and scope of work are determined, the project begins after the contract is signed and sealed.
02. Design Concept Proposal : Approximately two weeks after the contract is signed, the first design concept presentation takes place. DICOSIST INC. conducts the initial design proposal based on service analysis, competitor analysis, and research, and prides itself on achieving high client satisfaction in most cases.
03. Design Refinement : After the initial proposal, modifications are made based on client feedback. DICOSIST INC. tends to be open to a wide range of changes unless they significantly alter the design concept, aiming to align the goals of the client and DICOSIST INC. more closely. The requested modifications are documented after consensus and up to two rounds of revisions are conducted.
04. Representative Screen Design : Once the design concept is finalized, representative screens such as detailed screens, pop-ups, and message windows are designed and submitted for review and further adjustments according to the UI planning document.
05. Design Guidelines : After the design is fully completed, the images are sliced, and the coordinates and sizes are documented in consultation with the developers. The guidelines can be submitted or shared via Zeplin if requested by the client. Please note that additional fees may apply if PSD source files are requested.
06. Maintenance : If the client desires, a three-month maintenance contract can be established. Within the agreed-upon scope and objectives, maintenance tasks are performed based on the developers' requests. While DICOSIST INC. aims to accommodate requests with an open mind, additional costs may apply if new or changed features fall outside the scope of work. Furthermore, if the client wishes, additional projects such as publishing, development, or marketing materials (brochures, videos, etc.) can be discussed and undertaken.
